We strive to give our customers problem-free items. If you have questions or concerns, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will respond within 48 hours. If the issues are valid under our warranty, we will give you a proposed resolution. If it is determined that the item needs repair or needs to be replaced, you will be issued an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number that is REQUIRED ON ANY RETURN. Failure to include an RMA number on a return can void the warranty or extend the turnaround time by up to two weeks. The RMA number should be visible on the returned item's packaging.
Repair within 60 Days
If an item needs repair within 30 days of item receipt, Shivnet Inc. pay for shipping both ways. If it is past 30 days of item receipt, customer pays shipping both ways. Repair service is free within warranty period of 60 days. If outside of the warranty, we offer competitive repair rates on all our items. Contact email@example.com to request a quote on repair for your item. Repair pricing is determined by model and issues, as described by the customer.
Exchange within 30 Days
If a customer is unhappy with the condition of the product, we offer free exchange for the same or comparable item within 30 days of item receipt. Customer pays for return shipping. Shivnet Inc. pays for shipping to customer. No exchanges are accepted after 30 days from item receipt under any circumstances.
Return for Refund
A return for refund is ONLY accepted in the event that the item was lost in transit, arrived damage, or is dead on arrival and simply will not function. Shivnet will cover return shipping costs. The request of a return for refund must be made within 96 hours of item receipt. Immediately contact Customer Support at firstname.lastname@example.org. If a return is made and the item is found to be in perfect working order, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
No Software-based Customer Support
Shivnet does not provide customer support for software-related issues. This includes issues such as wireless setups, data loss, firewall setups, router setups, application installs, applications, virus issues, and printer setups & issues.
